The Provider (BGKontakti) is committed to protecting your privacy. This statement (the "Privacy Policy") describes our policies and practices for handling information from the BGkontakti mobile application.

I. COLLECTION OF INFORMATION

The BGkontakti app does not collect any personal information.
We collect anonymous statistics: your device type, operating system, the date and time of your visit.
We may use the device local storage, cookies, and similar technologies needed for the app to be functioning. By using the app, you consent to our use of these technologies.
The app uses the precise location of the user to show the current user's position on the map incorporated in the BgKontakti app. Because there are also companies that provide urgent help (doctors, dentists, etc.) this is an essential feature in the app to see the proper distance to the destination. The "My Location" functionality is triggered by the user herself/himself, only if she/he wishes.

The BGKontakti app may contain links to content maintained by third parties who we do not control. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third parties, and the information practices of these third parties are not covered by this Privacy Policy.

V. CHANGES TO THE PRIVACY POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we update the Privacy Policy, we will revise the "Effective Date" date above and post the new Privacy Policy. We recommend that you review the Privacy Policy each time you use the Application to stay informed of our privacy practices.
